Boucheron has announced the opening of its new boutique in Bahrain, in the vibrant Marassi Galleria mall.
This opening marks the 14th boutique in the Middle East region for Boucheron, reinforcing its presence in a market distinguished by discerning clientele who value original designs and superior craftsmanship, the French high jewellery maison said.
The Marassi boutique is the first in the region to feature Boucheron’s new facade concept, blending a contemporary aesthetic designed in glass and iron with a nod to the maison’s rich heritage. The glass mimics the Grosgrain pattern, symbolising Frédéric Boucheron’s drapery origins, while the ironwork evokes Art Déco, a prolific style in the maison’s archives.
To further reinforce the brand's identity, the glass is tinted in Boucheron's distinctive green colour, and the Boucheron logo is featured, imprinting its emerald cut in the decorative border.
This new boutique showcases a unique Parisian-style design which recalls the historical Boucheron Hôtel Particulier on Place Vendôme in Paris. Its interior integrates all the codes of the Boucheron design concept: displaying the most incredible Boucheron creations in a peaceful contemporary atmosphere.
The boutique also reinterprets the vocabulary of Place Vendôme’s typical architecture: it uses the Parisian codes such as the molded frames in dark marble, the black metal frames, and the symmetry specific to French classicism. Clients are also offered a more intimate one-on-one experience thanks to a VIP room, as well as a bridal space, it said.
Iconic jewellery creations such as Quatre, Serpent Bohème, Animaux de Collection and Vendôme Liseré, embodying the savoir-faire of the maison’s craftsmen, will be showcased in the boutique.
