TAG Aviation has unified all of its maintenance centres under the name TAG Aviation Maintenance Services.
The new organisation, which is made up of eight service centres, allows the company to take full advantage of increased business demand and enhance the service for its clients across the globe.
TAG Aviation has regrouped all of its maintenance centres under the same organisation, reflecting the scope of maintenance services that it offers across Europe and beyond. TAG Aviation has heavy maintenance centres in Geneva and Farnborough and offers comprehensive maintenance services in Sion, Paris, Clermont-Ferrand, Madrid, Hong Kong and Lomé in Togo.
Clients benefit from highly-trained teams that have the expertise and flexibility to maintain their aircraft and make specific modifications – all available 24/7.
“The new name provides clarity and reflects the capabilities and capacity we offer across our maintenance network. We are able to deliver a full range of maintenance solutions at six locations in Europe as well as in Hong Kong and Togo, holding our position as the leading one-stop-shop for aircraft maintenance,” says Franck Madignier, President, TAG Aviation Engineering and FBO Services.
“Our expert team is available at all times to support clients no matter where they are in the world and is able to respond quickly to their specific needs. Our clients benefit from high-value maintenance services, including major aircraft modifications and interior refurbishment.”
TAG Aviation is approved by all main aircraft manufacturers and has certification to work on over 60 types of aircraft. TAG Aviation offers airframes, avionics, troubleshooting and ramp services as well as ten specialist workshops, such as paint shop, interior refurbishment and non-destructive testing, making it the leading one-stop-shop for aircraft maintenance.
TAG Aviation Farnborough Maintenance Services, previously TAG Farnborough Engineering, is the UK's leading business jet maintenance facility, offering a comprehensive range of services for Bombardier, Dassault and Hawker Beechcraft aircraft, located 40 miles from central London. The maintenance centre is based at TAG Farnborough Airport, the UK’s only dedicated business aviation airport which has repeatedly been rated one of the best business aviation facilities worldwide.
TAG Aviation Farnborough Maintenance Services recently appointed Stuart Kirkwood as Sales Director, responsible for all MRO sales activities.
Kirkwood is strengthening the team at Farnborough and works closely with the management in Geneva to develop sales and marketing strategies, including client relationships in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He has over 30 years of experience in engineering and maintenance in the aviation industry.
Greg Hoggett, Managing Director, TAG Aviation Farnborough Maintenance Services says: “We are pleased that Stuart has joined us to lead our sales team in the UK as we look to further grow our business. His extensive experience and knowledge of the industry are a great asset and help us continue to build strong relationships with clients worldwide.”
